The Curcumin superfood powder is extracted from the turmeric root, it’s a 100% vegan and natural ingredient. Not the same as turmeric powder!
You can boost the curcumin’s absorption the following ways:
- Combine it with black pepper: Black pepper contains piperine, which can increase curcumin’s absorption by up to 2000%.
- Consume it with or after fatty, oily foods: Curcumin is an oil-soluble active ingredient, so it’s better to combine it with fatty, oily foods.
- Quick recipe tip: Mix 1 gram of Curcumin powder with 200 ml of warm plant-based milk, then add one teaspoon of coconut oil and a pinch of pepper.
Using superfood powders is really easy, and you can mix them in infinite ways! Start with ½-1 teaspoon superfood powder, and add more, if you want a more vibrant color!
